Not particularly often. I find playing against the engine in any context to be incredibly frustrating. However, in these kinds of endgames where there's a technical solution that isn't insanely complicated it can be pretty helpful to see if I can resist the pressure.
There's no reason why sparring with Stockfish shouldn't be a good way to learn openings, but you're not going to get the same sense of what human beings tend to play that you would from playing blitz.
